Collection Rates	30% of the invoice total - If your account falls more than 2 months past due, your account will be assessed this charge to cover our collection costs.
Returns
Hardware Returns	All hardware returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping & handling fees associated with the original purchase.
